The Avid Assistant Editing for Reality Television course from Assistant Editors' Bootcamp:

We are offering two classes as part of the upcoming reality television course. The Assistant Editor class is geared toward both those with little to no industry experience who are looking to become assistant editors as well as working assists who would like to better understand the technical aspects of their work. The Lead Assistant Editor class is for well established assists and leads interested in gaining a deeper understanding of Avid, troubleshooting, and the way that editing systems work under the hood. Although both classes are geared towards reality television, most of the concepts covered are broadly applicable to assistant editors in all parts of the industry.
